Stanley Avenue Salisbury

Both photos are of Stanley Avenue Salisbury, looking East.

The earlier photo was obtained from the archives Salisbury, the annotation reads " Stanley Avenue east. Salisbury late 1930's early 1940's. National Archives Salisbury No 12281". From my limited knowledge of the cars of that era, the latest models shown in the photo appear to be from the early 1930's, the photo is therefore unlikely to have been taken much later than the early 1930's.



The later photo was sent to me a couple of weeks ago, with the annotation "Stanley Avenue east. Salisbury 1952".
